Our Training Programmes 

As our clients travel on their transformational learning journeys, we travel with them. Over time, we are able to develop discussions and strategy around how organisations can develop their own self-reliance and sustainable leadership of learning and strategy in a new paradigm. 

We support this deep capacity building with two training programmes. Each programme builds upon the foundational training that we offer to become a WILD coach. The first programme, which is pitched at Master’s level, aims to prepare the leaders and aspiring leaders in an organisation for a totally reimagined approach to create systemic change. The second programme, pitched at Diploma level, is specifically focused on developing the capacity of learning professionals to create the conditions for change and growth. 

With a wealth of research and experience, our programmes are designed to get the best out of people, personally, professionally and in everything they do, helping them to unlock their potential and create resilient, confident and aspiring individuals.   

Our Founder, Professor Ruth Crick is a world leading expert in learning and leading for resilient agency. Our WILD learning programmes draw extensively upon her published and peer reviewed research.

    Our open programme is delivered online over 12 weeks. Our WILD programmes can also be delivered in-house, within your organisation with the option of online, face-to-face or blended delivery.

    A Resilience Mindset is one that is constantly learning and improving, thinking outside the box and finding novel solutions, which address authentic challenges.   

    We invite leaders to experience a learning journey of their own by bringing along a Business Innovation Challenge or big problem to solve. We use coaching, systems thinking and the application of new learning and complex problem-solving strategies to empower Leaders to think for themselves, innovate and catalyse purpose-led change.

    Our open programme is delivered online with 7 x 90-minute sessions over 8 weeks.

    Accredited WILD Coaches are licensed to purchase end user licenses of our digital app for use in their own contexts.
