What We Do
To help our clients develop new and better stories to live by, we use our proprietary, research validated Learning Journey App. This is an assessment tool that builds an understanding and a narrative of how to deploy levers for transformational change.
We create interactive Learning Power profiles and provide a scaffolded process for a learning journey. The profiles draw on contemporary neuroscience about how we attend to the world and how our brains, bodies and emotions are all deeply interconnected. We have developed this sophisticated understanding over 25 years of university-based research and extensive praxis.
We know that learning is:
• holistic and relational, about making connections; something not able to be accurately identified by isolating elements such as ‘knowledge’ or skills from the other parts of the process;
• about us as ‘whole people’, as we think, feel, behave and make decisions– these functions being inseparably bonded in the ways that we learn;
• a complex and dynamic process that is contextual and constantly evolving – our WILD diagnostics are not summative scores; they are snapshots of an ever-flowing river.
The results from our diagnostic evaluation are expressed as 8 dimensions of Learning Power. They are available on our web browser and our attractive and highly interactive mobile App. The diagnostics go behind the data itself, to offer reflection points and guiding suggestions.

Our Learning Journeys
Each learning journey follows a time-limited process which:
begins with a statement of purpose which is set in a context or place
develops a plan that is based upon self-reflection from our learning power diagnostic feedback
journals actions taken towards realising the plan
ends in a review which includes a second diagnostic profile, providing clear data on impact and stories of significant change. This data can be analysed at individual, team and organisational scale.
Every step of the journey is supported by a WILD trained coach who will support with the self-reflection process, encourage and challenge through planning and target-setting, prompt and provoke through journalling and structure and celebrate the final review. Often, the review process will inspire a new cycle of target setting as the 8 dimensions become part of the language of learning in an organisation.
Thinking Skills
Each learning journey is underpinned by following an inquiry cycle, using both systems thinking skills and Learning Power to tackle complex problems in a way that results in more sustainable and robust outcomes. As participants learn about themselves and how they typically ‘lean in’ to complexity, they experience meta learning – sometimes referred to as double loop learning. As they problem-solve, they naturally come to understand themselves as learners and make more productive decisions as they progress their projects. At the same time, they experience using systems thinking skills and strategies that lead to more resilient personal and professional outcomes. They make an authentic contribution to the evolution of the systems of which they are a part.

WILD’s Learning Power app uses analytics to help you improve your self-awareness, confidence and willingness to take action to improve the areas of your life that really matter to you. Learning Power helps you to look inwards and reflect on stories that shape you and look outwards to build new knowledge and solve complex problems.
The WILD Learning Power assessment tool measures the way you tend to think, feel and behave in response to challenges and change. It provides unique personal intelligence alongside coaching prompts and improvement ideas to help you build new knowledge and create value.
Your WILD Learning Power profile is created through our 62-question proprietary assessment and results are displayed against the eight dimensions of learning represented as a spider diagram. Coaching prompts, guidance and resources help you to become more self-aware to improve, account for and take responsibility for your own learning journeys and the ways in which you lean into new learning opportunities.
Learning Power is all about helping to make your thoughts, feelings and behaviours visible as you step into new situations of challenge and change. Coaching helps you to take ownership of the things that matter to you whilst improving your ability to adapt and grow both personally and professionally over time.
